Fabio
“fabius angel” Angeleri:
Jazz pianist, composer, arranger and DJ. In 1994
after a short appearance in the early group of “Perturbazione”
and other bands, he decides to dedicate himself to the jazz
music, first studying with Aldo Rindone and then with Luigi
Martinale. Since 1997 he plays in some jazz and blues groups
of Turin (Hipster bros., InJazz trio, Red Shoes) with which
he performed in more than 100 concerts. From 2000 he decides
to dedicate himself full time to the mo.dig.liani project
and to examine closely his knowledge upon electronic music
and the creative use of the modern technologies, both in
studio and on real.

Maurizio
“Mr^Mau” Rostagno:
Drummer, percussionist and DJ since 1992. He plays
with bands of different genres in Turin and province. In
1999 he unites the groups where he is a regular member into
an association: Red Shoes, Deep Blues, Hipster bros. (with
which he puts on a theatre and live music show “Uno
sparo nel blues”) and Blue Count, with whom he wins
“I Big di Torino Sette-categoria jazz” (a jazz
competition). In all his instrumentalist career he is on
the stage over 200 times, including theatres, towns and
clubs of Piedmont; in 1997, during a jam session, he meets
Fabius and here begins their musical cooperation. Since
2000 they begin to work on a music much more oriented towards
the electronic, which will lead to the Mo.dig.liani plan.

She
cooperates with the guitarist L. Tessarollo with whom she
creates a bossanova duet “Canto on guitar” thanks
to the passion of the Brazilian music which linked the two.
In 1996 she thinks up the “Jazzinaria” with L.
Martinale (piano), P. Franciscone (drums), and S. Risso (bass),
a plan thought to reprocess in a jazz clef some of the most
meaningful excerpts of the history of the Italian song between
the 30’s and the 50’s. In 1999 they gain the first
position at the national competition for jazz professionals
in Baronissi. |

Since
1997 till today she took part to the most prestigious Italian
jazz shows, including “EuroJazz Festival di Ivrea”,
“Baronissi Jazz”, “Linguaggi Jazz diTorino”
and “Festival Sentinelle delle Alpi”.

mo.dig.liani's element.
Obtaining a diploma on classic Double bass in the Turin Conservatoire.
She studies singing with her mother (lyrical singer), then
she attends singing classes with Ghiglioni, Oliveri and Satragno
and as self-taught person. She works with Radio 80, Righeira's
supporter band. |

She
works with Francesco De Gregori, Africa Unite, Giorgio Li
Calzi, Rai and Mediaset, the most important italian television
network. She records on Psyco Tribe (dance label - 1994) and
composes the music for the theatrical performance Marco Berry’s
“The Miracle” (1996). She records with Gilson
Silveira and Tatè Nsongan’s Kin Koba group the
album “Etno Cult”. She is also a singing teacher
in the Accademy of Music in Milan and Turin. |
